The "Cash & Spreadsheet" Chaos: To bridge this gap, HR managers are forced into manual workarounds—withdrawing cash to pay wages physically or manually processing hundreds of individual mobile money transfers one by one. This process is slow, prone to human error, and a security risk.

Unlike generic platforms, Kota HR is hard-coded with local labor laws and tax structures. It automatically calculates and deducts the correct statutory taxes, generating compliant payslips that protect both the employer and the employee.
